We want you to love your Pom Pom London purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items, including all original dust bags and straps, into the shipping box and secure it with tape.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
